”Collective Intelligence in turnaround managment” and the turnaround of Connecta

  • Helio (Hitech Building) 9 Sveavägen Stockholm, Stockholms län, 111 57 Sweden (map)

Why is "collective intelligence" the key to succeed with a turnaround?

We have all seen it; all the traditional objective puzzle pieces seem to be in place for a successful turnaround: sufficient capital, committed owners and management, support from the financiers and a well thought through communication plan...

And still the turnaround fails.

TMA Sweden arranges an interesting discussion which will focus on how to build and leverage every company's key asset – its employees intelligence, insights and drive.

How do you, in a turnaround situation, and under pressure make – a probably already tired organization – more efficient and effective? How do successful companies build on collective intelligence to drive new behaviours and reach desired goals.

Research and a practical case studie (Connecta) is discussed by Dr Philip Runsten from Stockholm School of Economics (Handelshögskolan) with Johan WIeslander and Viggo Bülow from Influence AB together with the audience.

Note: The panel debate will be conducted in Swedish.
