  • Advokatfirman Carler Kungsgatan 30 Stockholm (map)

The valuation of companies is always relevant knowledge - in one way or another - for anyone involved in turnarounds, restructuring and insolvency cases. Don't miss the opportunity to brush up your valuation skills with associate professor Tomas Sörensson (KTH), a truly experienced corporate valuation scholar!

Tomas will give an overview of the most frequent models for corporate valuation, and in more detail discuss the discounted cash flow model. He will do this with the help of his vast experience of practical valuation cases. The presentation will last about one hour and will be held in English. After the presentation, there will be refreshments available and the opportunity to network with interesting people both TMA members and non-members.
