When to pull the plug – warning signs for a turnaround

In most cases turnaround situations are not any surprises – they slowly creep closer. But when do you press the alarm button and start the improvement program? What are the signs to look for and how can you be prepared when the situation becomes tough?

One way of ensuring you are not put off guard, is to stay vigilant and keep your eyes open for red flags – when you have collected enough of them it is time to start acting.

At this event, Fredrik Vernersson, head of Group Strategy, Research & Innovation at NCC AB, the Nordic construction company, will share his long-list of red flags and the four virtues of vigilance, that can be of help to identify tough situations and when to take actions.
