Anders Kuikka is a partner and founder of EIM Scandinavia AB since 2001. EIM is a global professional services firm providing independent professionals and executives to client companies undergoing periods of change or transition. His background includes management consulting with McKinsey & Company in Sweden and Denmark, Swedish Trade Council, USA and private equity and venture capital expertise from ABN Amro.

Anders holds a Bachelor of Science degree in production engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg and a Master of Science in industrial engineering from the Imperial College of Science & Technology in London, as well as an MBA in corporate finance from Columbia University, New York.
